Messages are read by the editorial team. We reply to correction notices as quickly as we can, usually within a few working days, and slower over holiday periods.
What we cannot do
Bell Underest is a reference and nothing more. We do not take bookings, hold reservations, pass requests on to hotels, arrange rates or act as an agent for any property listed here. Anything to do with a stay has to go to the hotel directly.
